I’m happy about this. The board is a great idea and I’m flattered that I was asked to join, particularly as, strictly speaking, I’m no longer in the industry.

Quill & Quire: Ryerson creates publishing advisory board

I’ll be there in the capacity of a former publishing professional and Ryerson instructor but, as the board was established in part to advise on curriculum for the publishing certificate, I also want to look at how well libraries are represented in the publishing life cycle. And I will. And ebooks will no doubt come up. You’re warned, Meg!
